Description   Measures 10.5 inches in Diameter. Many examples of Dickens ware carry Noke's signature, but n fact many of the designs were based closely on the Dickens characters drawn by illustrator Joseph Clayton Clark. The Dickens series was introduced in 1908 and was augmented in preparation for the centenary of Dickens' birth in February 1912. By 1951 production of Dickensware was virtually limited to a few rackplates and a chop dish which made its appearance that year.
